You may want to make sure the gecko is drinking; generally they will lick dew off of surfaces or you can put a few drops of water on the snout. If there is no activity level in comparison to your other geckos, then it can be possibly: bacterial, protozoal, fungal or parasitical. A visit to a vet may be in order.
