When you get sick and puke, do you eat something right away? Most likely not so why would your snake want to eat a pinky a few hours after puking up a pinky?
When a snake regurges, you should wait at least a week before trying to feed them again. Some breeders wait a week, others wait 10 days, and I've heard of waiting 2 weeks. I usually wait at least 1 week, sometimes 10 days. The first meal after a regurge should be small.
Also, it is better to feed two small pinkies instead of hamster pink/fuzzy. If the pet store does not have what you need, a larger food item is not always a good idea. Skip a feeding or give two smaller items.
