Young ones just aren't as keen on them as adults are, it took mine a few months. One day, he'll just start chowing down on them. In the meantime, supplement your bugs and you should be fine.

Waving a big leaf in their faces is a good way to get them to start... at least it worked for me. But if that doesn't work, don't sweat it.
