Feedback on the site's features and policies may be sent by filling out the Feedback Form which can also be found in the Feedback and Help area on the main forum index under the General Resources section. Note: To access the feedback form, you will be prompted for your username/password.
Although from time to time a host or staff member may warn a user about a violation, or post a general warning to a forum, photo gallery, or chat room, we have no policy guaranteeing that you will be warned about violations on your account, nor any specific number or type of violations that may result in action against your account.
If a person has had their ability to log in, post, or upload on/to the site rescinded, or had posts or images removed, or had their access to chat rooms blocked, they may contact the appropriate PetHobbyist staff member (in this case they would select the department for the kingsnake.com site coordinator) and appeal the action. Any public discussion of actions that may have been taken against a user's account will be removed, and we will not discuss any action taken against a user's account with anyone but the individual themselves - in otherwords if person A did something bad and persons B & C (friends or whatever of person A) comes along and starts asking why person A got in trouble, persons B & C are out of luck. Only person A can formally request (by email) that information from the site coordinator.
