Another exception is small babies

so leave their clutch and are fine in new homes and enviroments when their needs are met, but there are a few that seem to stress being alone and we have at times placed another dragon side by side with their enclosure to get them relaxing and eating again.



But.... as adult they are solitary animals for the most part and males are very territorial and dominant, they need to be separated from other. A male may be content with a female in with him, but the females usually is not and its too taxing on her, unless she is dominate and beats the male!
