I agree that you shouldn't need anything to inhibit mold. If you read up on your natural/health foods you will find that honey is a pure food and is also a preservative. The honey itself will not mold and the cereal, if mixed with and well coated with the honey, should not mold either.



You shouldn't be mixing in water or any other moisture, just the honey. When I was breeding I used rolled oats and honey and mixed until it crumbled. I just ran across a tub of honey and oats I had mixed up for my wax worms before our move 2 years ago a week ago. I had forgotten that it was in my feeder supplies. It still looked the same as the day I mixed it.
