I never liked it because the teflon my mom used always scratched and peeled. It seemed to me that this was a breeding ground for all sort of things. Some time ago there was a report about scratched teflon cookware giving off gases that have been found to be carcinogenic. In my opinion this just isn't a good mix with food! [ Hide Replies ]
