It is getting very hot, over 100 degrees F, and though he is in the shade for most of the day, and the cage is well ventilated, I am still concerned that he stay cool enough. Today I placed a small insulated cooler on its side with the lid propped open toward the bottom, and put in some moist green moss. Well, he seems to like it, he spent most of the day in it, sometimes just his head peeking out. Is this a sufficient solution, or does someone have any better ideas? [ Hide Replies ]
