Hi,
Winter is starting, and the uros can sense it...well at least mine can. My room gets a bit cooler in the winter, but the temps stay the same in my Malis' cage, but last winter, and now this one, my Mali has slowed down, slept alot more, and eaten less. So, it's his natural brumation. The female, which I just recently got for him, is still up and moving, but either she's calmed down, or she's starting brumation a bit too, I'm not sure. Anyways, it's normal for a uro to get slower around winter time, so you have nothing to worry about ----- ~Sarah
