misting times

i'm setting up the timer for the misting system for four times a day. they are:



7am

11am

3pm

7pm



run times are 1 minute durations.



my question is will 4 times a day for 1 minute be enough? i'm in socal and summers here are 90 to 100 . i want to make sure our chameleon is staying hydrated.
