I change my time with the season, from 3-5 times per day, and 1-2min each time. I to am in SoCal, right now I have mine set to mist 4 times per day and 1min the first mist in the morning, and 2 min for the two mists during the day, and then 1min for the last mist. I have my time set around the light timer, which I have set for 8am-8pm. The first mist doesn't start until the lights have been on for 1 hour. Here is how my timer is set right now;



9am - mist time 1 min.

12pm - mist time 2 min

3pm - mist time 2 min.

6pm -mist time 1 min.



The above times are for my indoor cages!



For my outdoor cages, I will be adding a misting system to them once I get the new cages done. They will be housed out side 24/7 for the summer, and I will be misting more often for more time each mist. I will have all this info and more on my site SOON. Hope this helps!
