Those darn crickets

I am having all kinds of problems with those crickets - they hide everywhere and I am afraid they will hurt my beardies at night. I just cleaned my driftwood today and found 6 crickets living in the wood and I stopped putting crickets in the living tank two days ago. How does everyone feed their beardies? Have problems with one bearded eating in a feeding tank (see post from yesterday)- any suggestions would be deeply appreciated! Thanks!!!
