All of mine have always loved fruit, in fact I use it to get them to eat things they don't like and to train them on pellet. I feed a variety of berries, kiwi, mango, grapes, papaya, cactus, apples, pears, pumkins and squash etc. Use it more like a candy than a staple. I stay away from melons, it causes mouth rot (at least that's what I've read and don't want to chance it).
