The "smallest" uro wouldbe around a foot long. The thing with these guys is they love to dig, and NEED a large enclosure. Minimum of 50 gallons or at least 3' long. They are great pets, and the most common are the Mali uromastyx. They run generally around $40 for a CB baby. You shoudl look into a CB one rather than a WC one i have 2 WC and one baby mali CB. Many people buy this type of lizard since they think it is easy...with the vegitarian diet however i feel they are harder to keep than a insect eating one. Really read back in the fourms on these guys and if you decide to choose one stick around on the fourm. Feel free to ask more!
Go to WWW.DeerFernFarms.com a GREAT site to learn about all the different breeds and care!
