My sugesstion would be to go with one merc vapor, those 60 watt ones won't put off much heat the reptisun 5 bulb and then you could add a halogen bulb for heat. probably a 50 or 90 watt one depending on the size. Right now home depot is seeling nice outdoor timers. They have a nice 6 plug block on them. For temp control I would buy a rheostat ($20) it allows you to turn a dial to adjust the heat out put. Plug just the halogen bulb into it. Plug the merc vapor into the timer and the reptisun into the timer. The other option is a thermostat (alife from big apple is a nice inexpensive one), but then the halogen will be goin on and off all day. I do not personally think the heat panel is that great of an idea and they are expensive. A holgen bulb with the merc vapor right along side is a better idea in my opinion.
