I've always wondered if a wine refrigerator would work for that, they go up to 66-68 degrees at the higher settings and some of them have thermostats you can set to the exact temperature you want. I haven't had a chance to test them with eggs yet but probably will next summer. Its kind of expensive ($150 and up) but would be worth it if you breed alot of chams.
