I got my guy off of crickets (accidentally) by introducing kingworms (superworms) to him. He got to where he would just ignore the crickets unless one happened to crawl in front of his face - and then he might eat it.



I was worried at first, but he eats tons of greens and munches on his pellets. I also dust his salad greens with a veggie dust to ensure he's getting all he needs.



So, long story short...it happened by accident, but I'm happy it did. It's a lot easier (and quieter) keeping kingworms around than crickets.
