If it's sticking or if it's stuck IN the nostril, I sometimes go in to help out. You can usually flick it off with your finger. If it's stuck inside, you can use a damp Q-tip (not dripping wet - you don't want water to get into the respiratory system) to dissolve it out. [ Hide Replies ]
