Depends on your heating elements... like if everything is controlled by one thermostat, it all has to be at the same temperature. If you use a couple thermostats, then you can have different levels at different temps. Humidity you can control in individual tubs through venilation holes, misting, and the usual tricks.

I personally love heat tape as a heating element.

Quarantining is always a concern when snakes are kept at such close quarters.
