I think a 2 month quarantine would be pretty safe. Actually, in my experience, all my new snakes that ended up being sick showed signs in under a month (some quite depressing). I might quaratine wild caught snakes a little longer than 2 months.

Mites would be a big vector of disease in rack systems. Hopefully you won't have to deal with those. I had to learn the hard way.
