If I didn't get to enjoy the pits through Del, I don't know how I would do it. John Ginter calls me a traitor when I see or talk to him. LOL. He focuses on pituophis now, but relays stories of having black rat snakes and foxsnakes as a kid. The first snakes I obtained were pituophis. My Northern Pines and Black Pines came via John Ginter. I obtained a pair of capes from Steve Weissman. I was defiantely headed down the pituophis path. I liked obsoleta so I was adding them to my collection too. When Del Alspaw and I hooked up this partnership, we decided to split our collections into pituophis and pantherophis/elaphe. I haven't seen you post since those cape eggs were laid over at your place. Did you just wake up from passing out? LOL
>>now switch from so many rats back to pits, lol, just kidding. I have caught the rat snake bug too, but i'm sticking with both pits and rats...and some boas, pythons, kings, milks, etc., lol, just about everything.
>>Have a good one,
