my female started throwing eggs last night. They're all slugs so far. I thought I was iffy on the brumation time. People keep telling me you need at least 4 months. This is the second year I've bred them. I didn't wait long enough. You won't have to tell me again. I guess you need the 4 months for the male. The female was ovulating I guess since she's throwing slugs. The male must have shot blanks. I held back a female last year. I should have held a pair.
