Did you get any viable eggs after the slugs were laid? So this winter i will definitely be putting them in a little earlier than my other colubrids, and pulling them out earlier. I may have got lucky this year, but i only hibernated all my animals 8 weeks. So far all have been breeding, but i'm still waiting to see if my black milks, trans pecos and bairdi were brumated enough. Any suggestions on the bairdi or trans pecos would be greatly appreciated and i'm trying some of these tools and toys now, just for kicks. I'll try to give you a call soon.
