I am assuming that that is the same as heat rope, like the stuff manufactured by big apple. If it is not, can you please specify what brand it it? I have been looking into this product, but I am just curious about the safety of it. Can it come in contact with wood? I have heard horror stories about heat tape, and am looking for an alternative for my rubbermaids. Your reply would be appreciated. Thanks. Rob
