Creeping Fig(Ficus pumila)is rather easy to propagate, however like previously mentioned, it is a rather slow grower. To propagate, simply take tip cuttings, remove the lower two or three leaves, and put into damp, but not saturated soil. You may even choose to use a rooting hormone, to speed up the process. The rooting process might be sped up as well if underheat is supplied. Eventually fresh roots will grow, forming a new plant, do not apply miracle grow to a young plant, for it will fry the freshly grown roots of the tiny little plant. Hope this helps,
