Considering your other post that said something to the effect of, "It just popped up after the last shed!" I'd say it was a bad shed that caused very minor damage to the snakes skin. I have seen this "loss of color" happen when some colubrids have had a bad shed due to not enough humidity. It doesn't seem to matter what color it was originally,(red, black, yellow, gray) it comes in white regardless. Some color comes back as the animal heals and grows/sheds and if it heals completely, it will return to the normal coloring it had before this "popped up". If the snake just heals partially, some white may remain.
If it was a genetic morph, don't you think it would have had that coloring before it's last shed also?
Maybe, after it sheds again, it will be a pied! 
Since it isn't genetic, and the white just popped up, maybe you can call it a Michael Jackson Ball Python?
