I'm investing the money this year. Earliest expected hatches from Het-Het piebalds and Het-Het albinos is summer of 2005, then multiple clutches in 2006. Do I start a registered business now and claim all expenses moving forward with no potential returns until 2005? Or wait until I'm selling something and start depreciating previous expenses? I know this isn't a business forum and laws vary from state to state, just looking for feedback from some of you that have already travelled the path. I haven't seriously looked into this yet. Thanks.
