Unless you are going to file long form it doesn't matter if you get the license now or later. It looks better when you can tell someone that i've been in business 3yrs instead of 6mos; people are funny about numbers. Remember once you do this you will have to start filing for tax collected to the state and maybe your local city or county. You will just have to file you made no money each time you file until you start actually selling them in 2005. Hope this helped.
