I see you have a webpage...I assume you know what HTML is. I assume that you know in HTML almsot everything has an opening tag and a closing tag. I assume you can assume what my post meant from this explanation.
Open tag [open tag] closeing tag [/closing tag] notice the slash?
If not, it meant "Oooo it's floating" was interpreted in Homer Simpsons voice.

That would be you saying "Ding Dong....DING DONG....ding dong."
