Adults typically range anywhere from 4-6 ft and about a coke can width in diameter, typically on the smaller side though. Females are usually larger than males. They grow about a foot a year for the first three and then slow down, but never completely stop growing. As far as tank size goes, they don't need alot of space. A 30 gallon tank is probably sufficient for an adult. I read somewhere that it should be at least 2/3 the length of their body in length and 1/3 in width. They are not typically an aborreal species so height isn't really an issue. Though my baby is always exploring and on the branches in the evenings.
