I know that Boiga irregularis (Brown Tree Snake) is probably up there near the top. This is from memory but I believe that they have been documented to eat prey items that are 150% larger than themselves. If I recall correctly, though it has been a few years since I looked into this, it is in the book:
Rodda, G.H. et.al. eds. 1999. Problem Snake Management: The Habu and Brown Treesnake (I don't have publisher here).
Though they have also been documented to eat soiled feminine hygeine products, which is at least as interesting!
