Personally, I've never seen a copperhead act like that. I've kept about 50 of them and every single one has been very nice. Had a few skittish Trans Pecos but they still never once struck at anything but food. Which is probably why coppers have always remained a species that I have absolutely no negative thoughts or feeelings about. I love them. I hope it calms down for you cause in my opinion, they're one of the most rewarding, interesting and beautiful species in the world to keep. | ||
