That was me that suggested the Reli-On cool mist humidifier. For the last 6 months or so I have been using one in each of my snake rooms and achieving even up to 99% humidity, though keeping it at about 75% after a mold began to grow on the cieling. These humidifiers work great initially, but they don't last long. I didn't realize at first because I was replacing the humidifiers with new units monthly rather than have to clean the old ones. But when I failed to buy new ones the old ones seemed to break down rather rapidly. The ultrasonic cup would show corrosion and rust and would eventually cease working. So I no longer endorse this particular brand and am in fact in the market for something much better. (Though I am considering simply making a prototype of a humidifier I have been mentally designing)

>>Has anyone used the Pro-Products misting system? How does that work? Same question, is it a warm/hot or cool/cold mist?

>>Should I just spend the extra money on that bigger system or just use the wal-mart reli-on, one?
