I want to put in another vote for getting this little guy to the vet. Guilt the guy if you have to. He is the reason this poor creature is in the shape he is. A wound of this size is going to take quite a bit of medical care and home care. If the previous owner didn't even get him heat equipment I doubt he can follow through with the home care that will be necessary. There are many knowledgable and caring uro owners on this site maybe he could get placed with one of them? Where is this uro? What state and city?
