they can get parasites from the water (in Africa)?......the holding pens......the fact they are shipped in bags of ? 25?50? I don't know exactly......it probably varies anyways....holding pens here at dealer/import house......are pens cleaned between shipments>?.......then again at a secondary dealers' pens....then third dealer OR pet shop.....and I know pet shops do not always clean cages........I have witnessed new snakes being thrown into dirty ,mite riddled cages that were then emptied(sold or died)........



........if they are held too long without food and or water......any bacteria or critters they pick up have a better chance of survival and reproduction.......due to their now lessened immune system.......(weak from no food and or water)

some are ok ......alot are not........



buy some good old fashioned home grown balls.......



ere in Amish country.....we grow good tomatoes,corn,tobacco,,and yes..ball pythons.....(and alot of other species).....
