feeding of quail or chicks to retics-any expereince

hey,

i just got a baby bali retic-yeh!

the only problem is-around my area, finding frozen rodents is hard, and not cheap when ther is-so i checked on line i found some good deals on frozen chicks and quails-i wonder if anyone have had experience with these prey items, i think my parents would like to have these in the freezer than the rodents-



the bali is still small about 3ft long and about 6 months old, eats great on frozen adult mice-but wanted to see if i could use poultry instead, or should i just stick with rodents
