I've been doing some research on them and Kara from NERD mentioned this type of situation. She indicated the usual reaction to wrinkled scales is to up the humidity because the keeper thinks it's not high enough. She said this is not the right thing to do. She indicated upping the humidity too high can be worse than too low.
