Hi and congratulations on your new additions
For uro care sheets, have you visited the Deer Fern Farms website yet? If not, the address is www.deerfernfarms.com, the care sheets are for uros in general but some parts of the website subdivide each type of uro species.
As for your uros' diet, greens such as dandelion, endive, escarole, and mustard greens are good choices. Kale and collard greens can be fed but to a lesser extent (they have more calcium-binding agents in them). Insects can be fed but keep it minimal in the diet (eg. 2-3 crickets every 1-2 weeks). There are some people in the forum who feed their uros Bearded Dragons pellets but are careful not to feed them too much (there's a lot of protein in those pellets and high protein is not good for uros). I use juvenile iguana pellets. It is recommended that uros be given calcium supplements WITH vitamin D3 even though they are exposed to UV light. A bulb will never match the UV output of good old natural unfiltered sunlight so extra vitamin D3 helps to stave off MBD (metabolic bone disease).
I hope this helps you out
Welcome to the wonderful world of uros
