heating for my blood

im new to the blood scene, i have a burm and 3 ball pythons, i read that they like the dark and was more active at night, so what should i use for heating for my blood, a few 150watt infered bulbs, ceramic heaters? ...i was planning on just getting some 150watt infered night bulbs .
