I'm sorry to hear that you're having such a tough time with the previous owners, vet bills, and above all, Pebbles. She is very lucky to have you as an owner and I'm sure she appreciates all the effort you've put into helping her get better. I hope that you will soon get an answer about this mysterious swelling.
