Hi! Out of the two you have mentioned above the snow corn would be whiter. A regular amel (red albino) would have lots of red and/or orange, whereas a snow would not. However snows can have some soft colors in their pattern as well. Blizzard corns and "Pearl" phase Opal corns are the whitest corns ones I believe.
