Yeah, that's still the policy. Everything is looked over before it comes in (at least i've seen the rodent check, i'm a cashier). If one hamster has wet tail, they all go back. If there is one male, all are turned down. If someone brings an animal in, they can't sell it, but it can be given away. More often then not, an employee takes it.
