how long

I am 16 male and live in north carolina. I have a red tail boa, a green snake (I feild herp and do snake removal in my aria I found the green snake and dicided to keep it for a pet), a sinoalian milk snake , and as of yesterday a albino corn baby I have him in a 20-gal long with reptile bark, a under tank heat pad 2 hide boxes a water bowel and 2 branches. Is this a good set up sould i be warm enufe (dont have a thermomater) also how long do i HAVE to wate to handal him/her.
