Uros are a terrestrial species and like to run around a lot. They can certainly climb, and mine do, but they like to run around on the ground more than the furniture. Your tank looks great, I think. If you want to lower your wattage, maybe you could cover the back and sides of the tank with something to hold the heat in better.
