Flexwatt tape question (sorry !)

Ok, not that the topic hasn't been beaten to death, but, I was hoping that there was a website or post that I failed to find on the installation and use of flexwatt heat tape. Such as setting it up, proper use/application, how to cut/wire it, etc.
