Not harsh enough!

the fact that both parties agreed to ship over the holidays does NOT make it okay to ship three LIVE animals in a teeny tiny little box without a single air hole in it.



That alone warrents the SPCA being notified.



No one is blaming the dealer for the shipping company losing the animals...but the poor care (no air holes, too small of a box) and packaging originated with them. There is no denying that fact.
