Usually there is hind leg paralysis from impaction not front leg....sometimes the front legs are involved later on, but the rear legs show up first. Keep her warm tonight.....and see a vet as soon as you can. Could be an injury from the male....who, by the way shouldn't be in with a 7 month old female, she is too young for breeding and especially if he is much larger as well. Good luck.
