I agree 100%. I would separate them ASAP. The male could also be imtimidating her which can lead to her not eating well and just generally being stressed. My first thoughts were MBD, probably as a result of stress, not adequate access to basking sites and UVB, etc. I rec. get her to the vet and set up her own enclosure.
