Egg laying question.. Should they look like this?

This is the second clutch my B.B's laid and all of the eggs (except two, from the first clutch)came out saggy looking, small, and very soft. The two eggs from the first clutch that looked better were firm, round, and healthy looking. I guess my question is, is this normal or are they all infertile? Even after 2 weeks they looked the same. With the exception of those other two. What do you think?
