Cut out a hole in a piece of cardboard and put an egg on it. Hold a flashlight underneath in a dark room and if you see blood viens it's fertile. It sounds like though you have a bunch of infertile eggs. What temp is your incubator at? Fertile eggs should be like the two you mentioned, frim and not saggy looking.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it comes out. Oh another way to check would be to cut one of hte saggy eggs open and see whats inside. I would only do this after candeling and not seeing any bloodviens though.
